We specialise in accredited food safety training to the hospitality, health, retail and food processing industries.

Training is conducted in association with a registered training organisation and includes comprehensive course notes, assessment and certificate. Gourmet Guardian is not a registered training organisation (RTO), however we have associations with three RTO’s, so that we can deliver training specific to your needs including:

• Class room based training either in our own training rooms or at your facility
• Self-paced training work book
• Online learning
• Training for people who have English as a second language

Refresher training

We provide non-accredited refresher training for individuals and groups. This is helpful for employees who have completed accredited training a number of years ago and just require refresher training or employees who only have specific roles and wouldn’t warrant a full training course.

Contract Trainers

We have qualified food safety trainers who can deliver training on behalf of hospitality colleges and Registered Training Organisations. Our trainers have the qualifications (Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training) as well as having worked in all areas of the food industry including hotels, exhibition/convention centres, hospitals, cruise ships, food manufacturers, butchers, patisseries and restaurants.
